Nestled on 130 sacred acres between Los Gatos and Soquel, Dharma Ridge is a private community, event space, and educational sanctuary devoted to conscious awakening, soulful empowerment, and sacred living. Here, we are guided by what we call Dharma Culture, a rhythm of living that honors both the inner journey and the joy of shared life. It's not a program or a dogma. It's a way of being. What is Dharma Culture?
The phrase 'Dharma Culture' was lovingly spoken by David Blume of permaculture.com after standing at our Stargate and feeling the land's quiet, magnetic power. It is a way of living that weaves together: Inner Transformation, Communal Joy, Earth Stewardship, and Soul Remembrance. When you experience an awakening, an inspired epiphany, the path you follow to make it real is 'Dharma'. When those insights are shared and lived collectively, you move from individual to group to Universal Consciousness; this is 'Dharma Culture'.
Sacred Spaces: The Stargate, Gardens & More
At the center of Dharma Ridge is the 'Stargate', a ceremonial space devoted to deep listening, soul alignment, and compass resetting, Here, intentions are clarified, and the subtle coordinates of consciousness are attuned to the sacred. Surrounding the Stargate are the 'Gardens of Dharma Ridge', living, breathing expressions of our multidimensional work. As it is in heaven, so it is on earth. We raise food. We raise children. We raise consciousness. We cleanse not only our bodies, but our minds, illuminating the soul through simple, sacred acts of daily life. And this is just the beginning. Dharma Ridge continues to evolve, with future spaces and offerings unfolding in rhythm with the land and the collective vision. From educational projects to ceremonial sites and healing spaces yet to come, this sanctuary is a living legacy, a place not only to live, but to awaken, and to help others do the same.
